1、我司所生产、销售的南狮工具、N&S工具（以下简称南狮工具）产品均严格按GB国家标准、GS标准生产。
2、南狮工具严格按照标准的规定，在生产过程中和成品入库前，均严格进行抽签或全检。
3、南狮工具采用优质的高碳钢、铬钒钢、S2、铬钼钢等高级材料及绿色环保材料精工制造，保证产品品质与性能的稳定性和使用的安全可靠性。

保用范围：
尊敬的用户，您购买的南狮工具产品请在使用前，仔细阅读使用说明及相关注意事项。在正常使用寿命范围内，正常使用产品过程中，若有因产品本身质量问题引起的产品功能损坏，皆可免费维修或者更换同一产品。

非保用范围：
1、非南狮品牌产品或不能辨认是南狮品牌的产品。
2、非正常使用情况下造成的产品损坏或产品不能正常使用，如自然损耗、人为损坏、意外事件或不按产品使用说明滥用等。
3、产品在使用后生锈、电镀脱皮、表面刮横、塑料类手柄破损以及其它不影响产品使用功能的情况。
4、超出工具产品使用寿命的磨损如剪切类等易损易耗品。

如何维修或更换:
1、将损坏的符合免费维修或更换条件的单个产品（非整套）可就近与南狮工具指定销售点免费修理或更换同一产品，也可以直接寄到我司维修或者调换。
2、免费维修或者更换以先修理后更换的原则。
3、非免费维修的产品可由指定经销商提供有偿更换配件的维修服务。

N&S QUALITY AFTER SALE SERVICE TERMS

Product standards:
1, Our production, sales of the N&S tools products are in strict accordance with the national standard GB, GS standard production.

The warranty range:
Dear users, you buy N&S tools products please before use, read the instructions carefully and related matters needing attention. In the normal service life of range, the normal use of products in the process, if there is caused by the quality of the product itself the product function is damaged, can free repair or replacement of the same product.

Non warranty scope:
1, Non N&S brand products or could not distinguish N&S brand products.
2, Non normal use cases caused by damage to the product or products can not be normal use, if the natural loss and man-made damage, accident or not to use products that abuse.
3,Product rust, after using electroplating peeling, scraping the surface of horizontal, plastic handle is broken and the other does not affect the functions of the product.
4 ,Beyond the wear tool service life of the products such as shear type wearing consumables.

How to repair or replacement:
1, The damaged line for free repair or replacement conditions a single product (non complete) be the nearest and N&S tools to specify a point of sale repair or replacement of the same products free of charge, can also be sent directly to our maintenance or replacement.
2,A free repair or replacement in the first repair after the replacement principle.
3, Non maintenance free products can be provided by the dealer parts replacement paid maintenance services.
